For How Long Is Your Data Kept?

  • Inquiries: for 15 days after the last communication
  • Job applications: kept only during the hiring process and deleted within a day if not selected.
  • Contracts and legal papers: based on statutory retention laws

After the retention period, data will be securely deleted.

Third Parties Who Handle Your Data

We may work with third-party providers to assist in running our business (such as IT services, cloud platforms, and recruitment services). They are obligated to follow Data Sharing Agreements (DSAs) or Outsourcing Contracts and must adhere to Philippine data privacy laws.
